The administration wants to add  four words — “electronic communication transactional records” — to a list of items that the law says the FBI may demand without a judge’s approval.

Violates the First and Fourth Amendment.

Popaditch-for-Congress

One of my favorite Marines, Gunnery Sgt Popaditch, is running for Congress (unfortunately in California, not Colorado).  He is a decorated Marine, and the author of “Once A Marine, an Iraq War Tank Commander’s Inspirational Memoir of Combat, Courage, and Recovery. ”

Check out his website and get your hands on his book – it’s a great read. He is just the kind of man we need in Congress.
