I am pissed. The liberal media and the leftist bastards in our government  are busily dismantling what is left of our country.  In between the bullshit laws that are being passed left and right, the new rules and regulations and the imperial edicts being handed down, the America that we know, is becoming a thing of the past.

Well, if reason and facts aren’t enough to change the course of things, then I say, lets hit the bastards where it hurts – in the wallet.  Let’s STOP supporting the people and businesses that don’t support us.  If a business doesn’t support the right to carry, don’t buy their products. If a business won’t carry a perfectly legal product because it “looks scary” (AR-15′s) , don’t buy their products. If a business donates   money to liberal anti-freedom organizations, don’t buy their products.  If a spokesperson undermines our rights and freedoms, don’t support their organizations.

Patronize the people and companies that support our rights and freedoms. Give them your dollars and support. Contact the ones that don’t and let them know that they no longer will have your business and tell them why.

Money talks and bullshit walks. It’s time to stop feeding the bastards.

An Open Letter to the Governor of Colorado:
Dear Sir,
Congratulations on your latest success in chipping away at our Constitutional Right to Keep and Bear Arms. You have succeeded (and I assume that you will sign into law, the latest travesty that was passed in the legislature this week), in both making all Coloradans less safe and ignoring the Bill of Rights, which guarantees our rights.
The legislature has basically ignored all of the facts and statistics presented that show that the “gun control” laws don’t reduce crime rates and in fact encourage criminals. After all, criminals don’t obey the laws, so it doesn’t matter how many laws that are passed, infringing on the rights of law abiding citizens, it will never solve the problems.

By limiting magazine capacity, you have put me at a disadvantage if I am attacked.
By prohibiting on campus carry, you have put a target on the backs of our sons and daughters that attend college.
By continuing to use an additional background check in addition to the Federal system that is already in place (and available at no cost to the state), you have perpetuated an additional layer of unnecessary bureaucracy.
And by mandating universal background checks for every sale, you have bred contempt for the law because it is unenforceable.

When the next mass murder takes place on a school campus, and it will, because criminals and crazies don’t obey the laws, the blood of the victims will be on your hands and the hands of the legislature who refuse to address the real problems and pass feel good laws just so they can say they did something. It’s time to quit bowing to the pressure from the liberal leftists in Washington who would like to see our whole country disarmed and helpless.
You and the people in power in D.C. are surrounded by armed guards to keep you safe. Where is my protection?

Why do we have a Bill of Rights? Do you even know what is in it?  In my opinion,  far to many people, who should know better, dismiss it as archaic and obsolete (especially the Second Amendment). They seem to think that the “all powerful” and “benevolent” government will keep them safe from …well, everything…and provide them with all of their “needs” (free cell phones anyone?).

The Second Amendment is a hot topic at the present time, because the people in power never “let a good crisis go to waste”. The criminal murder of children and their teachers in CT, is being used as an excuse to pass more laws regulating a right that was NOT given to us by government but is OURS by divine right. The Bill of Rights enumerates  these rights and NOWHERE does it say that they were granted by the government.

The bill presented to congress by the Wicked Bitch of the West, Feinstein, wants to ban just about everything, for totally nonsensical reasons (it’s EVIL and SCARY looking, it has a PISTOL GRIP, for G-ds sake….)and obviously didn’t get written overnight. This has been in the works (“Under the radar”) for a long time, just waiting for the right crisis to come along. Sandy Hook was perfect – young children murdered, brave teachers sacrificing their lives to try and save their young charges, you name it, this one had it. Feinstein wants to ban as many types of firearms as possible and register the rest. Sound familiar? Hitler did it, too.

Except NONE of the proposed laws will do ANYTHING to stop the next time, and there WILL be a next time, because criminals and mental cases don’t CARE about LAWS!!!  Banning things has never worked and never will. We need to focus on the causes and do what we can to address them. Punishing law abiding citizens for the actions of a madman won’t solve the problem. A gun is just a tool. Like any tool it can be misused. Lizzie Bordon was accused of killing her parents with an axe, but I bet there wasn’t any legislation proposed to ban axes, was there?

It is up to us, the law abiding, tax paying, Citizens of AMERICA, to stand up to a government that teeters perilously close to tyranny, to stand firm and refuse to let them trash our Constitution and the Bill of Rights. I urge you to write and call your “representatives” and let them know that WE the PEOPLE have had enough and to keep their hands off our rights and our guns.

    All of my posts have disappeared. This is what I get for neglecting the poor blog.
    One of my plugins was being bad, so it’s deleted and the posts returned. However, I still can’t figure out why none of my pictures will show up. Videos, yes, pictures no. I will have to tinker under the hood when I get a chance.
