I want to smack someone

Does your Mother know about this?

Sometimes I wonder…

How come some people will get the weather forecast for the day from their phone…instead of looking out the window….and then make numerous comments about how wrong it is and “Why can’t they ever get it right…” And then…in the next breath…check the forecast for next week and proclaim “It’s going to really nice next week!!!”

HELLO??? If the forecast for the day is WRONG, what makes you think the forecast for NEXT WEEK is any more accurate????

These are the same people who swoon over movie stars, love reality TV and believe the evening news….

I’m just glad my life doesn’t depend on the decisions these people make.

Cluebat Needed

1996 Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA)  states: “Notwithstanding any other provision of law, an alien who is not lawfully present in the United States shall not be eligible on the basis of residence within a State (or a political subdivision) for any postsecondary education benefit unless a citizen or national of the United States is eligible for such a benefit (in no less an amount, duration, and scope) without regard to whether the citizen or national is such a resident.”
Once again, the fools in DC want to tack an unpopular bill onto the larger  defense bill, hoping that it will pass on the coattail of a “must pass” piece of legislation.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid announced this week that he’s attaching the DREAM Act to the defense authorization bill.  With ethnic activists  pressuring him and President BO pushing to fulfill his campaign promise to Hispanics, Reid wants his co-conspirators colleagues to vote on the legislation today. This bill couldn’t pass on it’s own merits, despite being pushed for the last decade. Maybe our “representatives” should look past their own self-interest and get a clue. Unfortunately, I’ll bet they will shove this piece of crap down our throats, just like they did the “healthcare reform”. But they probably won’t. Jerks.

Evil or Stupid?

It’s time once again to play:

EVIL OR STUPID

Wherein we get to look at the latest doings of the idiots in government our illustrious leaders and determine if they truly are  EVIL OR STUPID!!!

The administration wants to add  four words — “electronic communication transactional records” — to a list of items that the law says the FBI may demand without a judge’s approval.

Violates the First and Fourth Amendment.

Evil or Stupid?

National Strategies for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace

The Government wants to make us go through them for all of our security and passwords on all of our internet dealings.  Because they are so good at doing security….

Evil or Stupid?

Comments welcomed.  I would put up a poll but I am to lazy.

Things That Piss Me Off

  1. Gubbermint officials that slam a state law and then admit that they haven’t even read (all 10 pages) of it. I’m referring to the AZ law on Illegal Immigration which mirrors Federal law. If the Feds would bother to enforce the Federal law, AZ wouldn’t have to do it for them.
  2. Idiots who call for posting the National Guard on the border. Unless you allow them to carry loaded weapons and defend themselves, it is just an open invite to make our guys a target. They are NOT policemen and this is NOT their job.
  3. Shitbird leaders from other countries who come as invited guests and then proceed to lecture America about how the mess in their country is our fault and then without missing a beat, ask for several billion $$$ in aid.   Yes,  Mexican President Felipe Calderón, I am talking about you. What a douche-bag. Clean up your own house before you lecture us.
  4. Elected leaders (and I use that term loosely) who applaud said douche-bag (see above).
  5. People that think just because criminals have been known to commit crimes with guns, that I should be deprived of my right to “keep and bear arms”.  If you want to be a victim, go right ahead, thanks, I’ll pass.
  6. Sheep who wail about anything that they disapprove of, think there should be a law to prevent anything they disapprove of,  AND want ME to pay for it.
  7. People who know everything and are ALWAYS right – even when they have no facts to go on, have no experience with the subject at hand and then are offended when they are corrected.  Please, if you don’t know what you are talking about, STFU.
  8. People who sign things without reading them. No, we don’t sign it and THEN find out what is says. Can you spell S>T>U>P>I>D>? Can you spell P>O>L>I>T>I>C>I>A>N>?
  9. The United Nations. About as useful as a tit on a boar.
  10. Multitudes of other things, but I need to go clean the barn, before my head explodes.

This quote has nothing to do with the above rant, but I like it.

The Zombie Pokey

You stick your sword in,
You pull your sword out,
You flick off the blood,
and you wave it all about.
You do a reload quickly
and you rack in a round,
That’s what it’s all about!
Who’s next?

Who in the Hell is WHO???

The World Health Organization, a financially strapped and poorly managed arm of the corrupt and greedy United Nations wants more money. And they want us to provide it. How? Now coming to us via “wealth redistribution” on a global scale…..

  • a “digital” or “bit” tax on Internet activity, which could raise “tens of billions of U.S. dollars”
  • a 10 percent tax on international arms deals, “worth about $5 billion per annum”;
  • a financial transaction tax, citing a Brazilian levy that was raising some $20 billion per year until it was canceled (for unspecified reasons) (any guesses? How about to many GD taxes?)
  • an airline tax that already exists in 13 countries and has raised some $1 billion.

The idea, as with the “indirect” taxes that WHO is about to consider, is that a relatively small consumer levy, once implemented, is a low-profile and relatively painless way to create a global health-care tax  system. In other words, don’t let the sheep know whats going on until it’s to late.

Now, last time I looked, the United States still had a Constitution. Granted, Barry O and his minions seem to be trying to dismantle it as fast as they can, but if words have power, then these words should be binding upon our elected representatives:

“All bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.” Section 7 of the Constitution of the United States of America

NOT THE UN, NOT THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION – THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” 10th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America

IF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS NOT DELEGATED TO DO THIS, THEN THE POWERS ARE RESERVED TO THE STATES.  NOT THE UN,  AND NOT THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION.

It is way past time to kick the United Nations out of the US. They need us way more than we need them and their latest shenanigans  (looky at whose  ass warms the seat of the Human Rights Commission), make them even more of a joke.  If it wasn’t so serious, it would be laughable.

However, I think I know what BO’s plan is now – let the UN take over the United States, get elected anointed as the head of the UN and then it’s EMPEROR OF THE WORLD!!!!

I wonder what’s after that.

Sorry, BO, I don’t think God is going to quit his job anytime soon.

Are You An Organ Donor?

Well, if you are not presently, and you live in New York, you may not have a choice.

New York State Assemblyman Richard Brodsky introduced a new bill in Albany that would enroll all New Yorkers as an organ donor, unless they actually opt out of organ donation. It would be the first law of its kind in the United States.

Richard Brodsky is currently running for New York Attorney General. He is a typical liberal Democrat who thinks that everything belongs to the government — apparently even your body.

So, if you are an organ donor, willing or not, what is to stop the gubermint from deciding, “Well, you have TWO kidneys, you don’t need them both…” So why wait for someone to die, we will just hustle them down to the chop shop hospital, and take out the extras. You wouldn’t deny a deserving person a chance at life would you? I wonder how it would be determined just WHO got the  “donated” kidney?

Oh and better yet, it wouldn’t cost the state anything, I’m sure they would be happy to send you a bill, after all it probably wouldn’t be a covered expense under “Obamacare”.

A slippery slope…..
