M.G. Mullen, Admiral, U.S. Navy has issued a statement commemorating May 8 as Military Spouse Appreciation Day. The spouses of our Military men and women have a job that, in many ways, is harder than the one of the Soldier that deploys to war. And, they meet the challenge with grace and strength!!
Often, we thank the Soldier, but forget to thank the first and foremost rock of support – his/her spouse and family.
So, Thank You, Military families, from all over. You, as well as your Soldier, are one of the parts of the whole that make our coutry great!!
